Here are some things to help you get ready for your installation

1. Empty the Closet(s)

  • Please remove all personal belongings, including clothing, shoes, and accessories.

  • Remove any existing closet components such as rods, shelves, brackets, or organizers.

  • Please note: Removing old units may reveal paint lines or minor wall imperfections. You may wish to touch up or repaint before installation.

2. Reserve Access / Parking

  • If your building requires elevator reservations or has designated loading/unloading zones, kindly secure these for our installation team.

  • Please provide any necessary access instructions or permissions in advance.

3. Keep Walkways and Driveway Clear

  • Ensure your driveway, entrance, and walkways are free of vehicles or obstructions so our team can unload and bring in materials efficiently.

4. Remove Snow / Ice (If Applicable)

  • During winter months, please ensure walkways, steps, and driveways are cleared of snow and ice. This helps maintain safe and timely access for our installers.

5. Clear Space Around the Closet Areas

  • Provide adequate space around all installation areas so our team can maneuver tools, materials, and components safely and efficiently.

6. Pets

  • For the safety of your pets and our team, please keep pets in a separate room or secured area during the installation.

7. Payment Notice

  • Please be aware that Costco may process your payment up to two weeks prior to the installation date, as part of their standard procedure.

Refunds, Exchanges & Alterations

  • Our storage systems are custom-made to your specifications. As a result, refunds and exchanges are not permitted once the order has been placed.

  • In certain cases, minor alterations may be possible; however, changes may result in an additional charge depending on the scope of the modification.

After Installation

  • Once the installation is complete, we will perform a full walk-through with you to review the work and ensure everything meets your expectations.

  • While our installers work carefully, standard installation methods may cause slight scuffing to existing baseboards or walls. Minor paint touch-ups are normal and may be required.

If you have any questions or need clarification before the installation, please feel free to contact us. We’re here to help and want to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Thank you, and we look forward to working with you.
